At BonBook, we aim to provide world-class service and ensure our customers are blown away by their BonBook experiences. This Refund and Dispute Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and the process for resolving disputes.
1. BonBook's Pricing Model
BonBook charges for its subscription only. BonBook never charges any fees or commissions on airline tickets and never charges separate BonBook fees for booking, changing, or canceling flights. This subscription-only pricing model is designed to align BonBook's incentives with the people who matter most in travel: you, the traveler. BonBook does not profit from higher ticket prices, changes, or cancellations.
2. Refund Policy
BonBook Membership Refunds
- Your first month of BonBook membership is fully refundable if you're unhappy with your experience for any reason.
- This makes trying BonBook completely risk-free - we're confident you'll love the service, but if not, we'll refund your membership fee with no questions asked.
- To request a membership refund within your first month, email us at support@bonbook.co from your BonBook account email and we'll process your refund right away.
Flight Ticket Refunds (within 24-48 hours)
- We offer full and free refunds for cancellations made up to 48 hours of flight booking. Not all flights qualify, but all are refundable within 24 hours.
- To request a refund, ask Bonbook to cancel your booking by responding to the flight confirmation email. You can also email the human team directly at support@bonbook.co with your booking details, and we'll be happy to help. Or you are welcome to contact the carrier.
Flight Ticket Refunds (after 24-48 hours)
- After 24 to 48 hours (depending on your booking), all refunds are subject to the carrier's refund policies and ticket terms and conditions.
- Airlines may charge a service fee when processing refunds. BonBook never charges any fees or commissions for refunds, cancellations, or changes.
- If you purchased a refundable ticket, you can typically ask Bonbook to refund your booking by responding to the flight confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@bonbook.co with your booking details. Or you can reach out to the carrier directly.
No BonBook Change or Cancellation Fee
- BonBook does not add its own change fee, cancellation fee, service fee, or commission when helping with ticket changes, cancellations, or refund requests.
- If an airline, hotel, or other travel provider imposes a penalty, fare difference, or administrative charge, that charge belongs to the provider and is not retained by BonBook.
3. 24/7 Support
Human agent fallback support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help with booking issues, changes, cancellations, and refund-related questions. Support availability does not guarantee that a third-party provider will approve a requested refund or waiver.
4. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
- We encourage you to contact us directly at support@bonbook.co to resolve any issues or disputes informally. We're here 24/7 to make your travel effortless and save you time.
Binding Arbitration
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- BonBook members agree to waive their right to participate in class actions.
Legal Compliance
- This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and states of Wyoming and Delaware.
- Any disputes arising from or related to this policy will be resolved in the competent courts of these jurisdictions, at BonBook's sole discretion.
